* Defenseman Rory Rawlyk leads Charlotte with two game-winning goals, eight assists and 12 points.

Las Vegas Wranglers (10-4-1) at Phoenix RoadRunners (5-9-2) 7:11 p.m. PT
* Todd Alexander and Matt Dzieduszycki each scored two goals in Las Vegas’ 5-3 home win on Nov. 4.
* RoadRunners’ Michael Mole is 2-0-0 with goals-against average of 1.50 in his last two starts.
* Las Vegas’ Mike McKenna is 3-0-0 with two shootout wins in his last three starts.
* Phoenix’s Peter Trovato has a shorthand game-winning goal and two points (2g-0a) in his last three games.

Phoenix needs this one if they're not going to relegate themselves to irrelevance -- there's clear separation between the four playoff teams and the two "also-rans" in the West right now, and Phoenix needs to win against the four teams ahead of them head-to-head on a reliable basis to get back into the fray.

Checkers gave away a 2 goal lead and lost this one

If anyone cares, I noticed that Tyler Hanchuck got his first goal for Reading. That's one more than he scored for Topeka all of last season. Congrats, Tyler!
