Austin Wins???????
Austin won the game on Friday nite due to a fluke goal. The Riverkings player Jason Lawmaster took the liberty to present the Bats a gift this nite and shot the puck into his own net to give the lowly Ice bats a much needed point to boost the morale of the players on this poorly coach'd team in the highly touted southern division of hockey in the CHL.
Jason got the puck and intended on passing it behind the net and instead it hit the goal post and deflected into the net behind his own netter Kyle Mc Nultty, thus giving the game winning goal to the lowly Bats. neither team could gain more points for the rest of the nite, showing that either the Bats were playing above their expectations, or else the kings were playing like they did not give a damn'd. Either way this is how Austin came out of the cellar of the leagues basement.
