Buc New Coach

JP Parise named new coach and GM. JP was hired by Peled to work with his kid at southern minnesota. Now that Peled has baught the Bucs, and his kid will be playing there, ha. What is Peled going to do next, build a new rink for a college so his kid can play college somewhere? Better yet Peled could buy an NHL team for a playground for him. Maybe he could buy a whole country so the kid could play in the lympics.

Since MacLean's son has aged out in Columbus, maybe he and Peled could get together and start their own league. Hell, Harkins could be the commish.

This isn't the first time a Parent bought a hockey team for his son to play on. Hell, this isn't even the first time in the USHL.

Oh yeah? Well, MacLean's son was good enough to play in the USHL, whether his "Daddy" was involved with a team or not.

Peled is probably 3rd line good for the CSHL. Some players in Southern Minny said the franchise was great until Peled came along and put his kid on the team. Apparently Peled demanded his son get top line minutes.

I'm just worried that he is going to bring down the Buccaneers franchise. Their other part owner also has a couple kids that could end up in Bucs sweaters.

As long as they win, I don't care who plays for the team.

I must say that I watch Ami play all year long for the Express. His skill did get better as the year when on. If he gets the skating thing down, he can move better.

He is not jealous and not an idiot. the player mentiond has no biz being in the USHL. Now I do not have kids playing JR, so I have no tie to this. I am involved with JR Hockey however somewhere in North America. I saw him play in the MJHL and was a pylon, getting walked time and time again. I attended at least 3 express games in the NAHL last year and almost crapped myself when I saw this player on the ice. I watched him everytime he was out there and yeah, not pretty. I talked to a coach and player I know well from another Midwest team and I asked about said player. They both could not believe the kid even played JR B. The player and his father cost a couple of good coaches their jobs in So Minn

Why would a USHL team that has a limit of 4 88's take a player like that? Daddys Money

Oh, he is a D Man not a forward by the way. He played in the MNJHL for the TC Northern Lights. Heard from a friend that Romanowski used to make jokes about a couple of owners kids all the time.

Clark MacLean

Gms G A P =/- PIM PPG PPA Shots
TOTALS 110 15 29 44 -32 136 6 12 0 1 0 102 .147

15 Goals in 110 games of which 6 were on the power play. That is 9 full strength goals in 110 games as a 19 and 20 year old. Yeah he belonged in the USHL, you bet.

Gentlemen:

We here in the USHL are usually intelligent people, however; some of you people like our new GHOST are obviously not from or in this league and add nothing so perhaps its time for you to Dying disappear.

USHL IS NUMBER 1

First off, have you seen Peled Play? I am a HUGE fan of the USHL, and have been "in" the USHL as a player as well as other things (if I told you more you could figure out who I am). To question me is fine, but I will tell you that I did spend a year in the USHL as a player, worked on a USHL teams staff for 2 years after that. I am still with a JR team however now it is a team a little north of the border.

I still think the USHL is the best JR league in the USA, and in the Top 3-4 in the world. Some players have no business being in a top end league. It is supposed to be the best of the best correct?
