i think by the rules he is not allowed to play in any game until there is a ruling.

Well I sit by one of the tunnels and most times suspended or injured players will come down there and watch part of the game from that area (especially if they don't feel it's safe to sit out in the stands which would probably be the case with Fleck). Trust me, if he shows up down there he's going to get more than an earful.

It's doubtful he'll even make the trip. Rarely will players make road trips, if they aen't going to be on the ice. OKC may not have problem in the finance department, but I doubt they're willing to pay for players that aren't playing in the road game.

You are absolutely correct I looked it up in the CHL rule book from the CHL website and Match Penalty prevents the player from playing until there is a ruling as to what to do with that player.
