Dubuque Wins Hurster Cup!

Congratulations to former Topekan Joe Coombs who in his first full year as head coach, has coached his Dubuque Thunderbirds all the way to the CSHL championship and won the Hurster Cup! Now its off to nationals in Michigan. Joe is doing a fantastic job. A couple more years like this and I wouldn't be surprised to see him coaching against his old mentor Bliss Littler someday. Congrats on a job well done!

For what it's worth, former Thunderbird Shawn Jameson will be joining hid older brother Skylur to play for the NAHL Wichita Falls Wildcats.
