...and to get this thread back to hockey--sort of...

The power went out in Topeka at 10:15 of the 2nd period. Still waiting for the game to resume. Rolling Eyes

Oh yeah--it's tied up at 1.

We lost B2 but it came back did the power go out again? If not what is the score?

I've got yard work I have to get done before the sun goes down, and I figured this game would be over in time for me to do that. I just might have to miss the 3rd period--assuming, of course, that this game will actually continue. Once again-- Rolling Eyes

As far as we know, yes, the power went out again. The score, as far as we know, is still 1-1.

After the first power outage, Arch explained that it take about 12 minutes for the lights to warm up and get to full strength. So even when the power comes back (I'm either an optimist or a putz), there will still be a delay.

Since we have nothing better to discuss, does anybody have any idea what happens if the power problem is not resolved? Will the entire game be rescheduled, or will the game resume at the 10:52 mark of the 2nd period?

Did I read right? Organization of the Year? Fairbanks on a 5-on-3 and the lights go out? Again?? I hear transformers blowing. A House catching on fire. Probably an hour before power is back.
