How would I know about a roaming IP? Well tool, I have moderated and admin'd several message boards of many different varieties over the past 6 years. I have blocked people's IP... or what was their IP for that post... but there they were, still being an annoyance.

And yes, he could ban the username, but like he said... they will just come in with a new name so it would be just a vicious cycle.

His "posse" or "possee" as you say... those guys have already said that if they were to say anything, they don't need an alias to rip on someone else. thunderfan, BT, fyrfytr, tmroper and yes, even me... don't need an alias to slam someone. The proof has been on that since the old GR.
