My take--
West: Bozeman, Fairbanks---Bozeman
South: Texas, Texarkana--- Texarkana
Central: S. Minn., Fargo--- S. Minn.
North: USNTDP, Cleveland--- USNTDP
Call me Southern sentimental, but Texarkana will take it all.

Do the stats show that?
Actually, they do:
Riley Gill - 35 Wins, 10 Total Losses, 6 shutouts, 96 Goals Against with a 2.15 GAA, 1351 Saves with a .934 Save %. All this in a division that averages 3.36 Goals For a Game and 3.03 Goals Against a Game, a .593 Win % (the highest in the league) and has an impressive 162-108-20 division record (the most wins, the least amount of losses and OTLs in the entire league).
Troy Redmann - 33 Wins, 15 Total Losses, 1 Shutout, 100 Goals Against with a 2.05 GAA, 1157 Saves with a .920 Save %. All this in a division that averages 3.36 Goals For a Game and 3.03 Goals Against a Game, a .593 Win % (the highest in the league) and has an impressive 162-108-20 division record (the most wins, the least amount of losses and OTLs in the entire league).
Matt Dalton - 33 wins, 6 Total Losses, 9 Shutouts, 63 Goals Against with a 1.63 GAA, 979 saves with a .940 Save %. All this in the much weaker West Division that averages 3.08 Goals For a Game and 3.36 Goals Against a Game, a .522 Win % (tied for lowest in the league), and has a 138-125-27 division record (tied for worst in wins, losses and OTLs).
I think the stats DO speak for themselves.

Well eff me then! What those stats do show however, if I am interpreting correctly, better goalie worse defense had to make 194 more saves in 3 less games (can that be right?). Also noticed he gave up 4 less goals and played 3 less games.

Hmmm.....so you want to elaborate on the stats some....I can do that....
Lets look at Gill vs Texas and Redmann vs Texarkana:
Texarkana has allowed 13 more goals this season than Texas, but has played 75% of their games against South Division teams, whereas Texas has only played 67% of their games against South Division teams. The Division is scoring an average of 3.36 a game, and Texarkana has played five more games within the division, but has only allowed 2.60 goals in those five more games.
Or, we could go back to the Gill vs Redmann angle:
Both goalies are allowing 2.15 Goals against within the division. Redmann's advantage comes against the weaker teams outside the division (he has played more games against teams outside the division than Gill).
I could go on and on but I don't have time (it is almost time for me to go home)...
We can play again tomorrow if you would like, though.
