For the guys
Two guys arrive at the local hospital for a vasectomy. The nurse asks the first man for a sperm sample, and points him towards the public toilets. 10 minutes, and rubbing his wrist, the guy comes back, the deed done.
The nurse asks the second man if he's ready to supply a sperm sample. He nods, the nurse whips out his penis, drops to her knees, and begins giving the man a blow job. 5 minutes later, and with a large grin across his face, the deed is done.
"Wait a minute" said the first guy incredulous, "what's going on?"
"Oh that" said the nurse matter-of-factly, "he's on a private health care plan".
