now how were they able to find a fighter to replace silverstone, i thought there were none out there

he's played 20 games since the 98-99 season, and is 35 years old.....ancient in this league. Most of his scoring & PIM's happened more than 6 years ago. Looks to be a "stop gap" player until the Brahmas can get people healthy or find someone else.

That and only 16 or so games in the last 6 years, probably not the player he once was.

Jason's just here filling in for a few games until Konrad Brand returns. Konrad is gone on emergency leave to be with his family in Alberta. His father was in a bad car accident Sunday night, and is hospitalized with a broken neck.
