Goaltenders

I know this thread probably should be in the pit but I thought I would get better responses here.

What is it with women and goaltenders? I hear of more women wanting goalies than any other position. Maybe one you ladies can answer that for me.

I think it has something to do with men being able to do the splits. Personally, I prefer defensemen. Luv ya BIB! hehe

My wife says it's the splits thing. Personally, I find it a little creepy when a guy can do the splits...

GOT you must not be too in tune with the ladies. I'll try to describe but probably can't express the vision correctly. Besides, you're a guy - you just don't get it any more than we get the Victoria's Secret Christmas Special (which keeps missing the Hallmark list).

Certainly it's the "splits" thing but more than that, it's the vision of them warming up and marveling at the limber movement and flexibility from the waist down. It's the bulk of their size in the net and knowing that even covered from head to toe the hand-eye coordination demanded of the job is something we'll NEVER see at home. You guys only display hand-eye coordination when you're planted on the couch in front of the t.v. with the clicker. To watch that bulk move so gracefully across the ice when he is pulled, leaving his net naked and unattended is close to spine tingling.

The best part is the mask. Kinda like in Revenge of the Nerds Laughing one never knows what the view is going to be until the mask comes off!!

You should probably just give up...you'll NEVER see this through our eyes!

Talk about eye hand coordination, some of us can switch from one hand to the other without missing a stroke, and without taking our eyes off the porn. On a good day I can even gain a stroke with the switch. If that is not eye hand coordination, I don't know what is. As far as the splits thing goes, I am not overly fond of banging my nuts on the floor.
