What does winning the North get you? Second place? Yep everybody always rememebers who won what division, like it matters.


When KU wins the Big twelve but chokes as ES calls it, well is that the same as winning the North?


I think we already know who won't be running their mouth, for awhile anyways.

It you would have told me the Dogs were going to sweep the Eagles, I would have told you you were nuts.

I have to give the Eagles credit in one area. We never saw them too much down here, but they seemed like a real pack of goons. Watching the box scores, it seems they often gooned it up late win or lose. And Stewart's comments always made him seem like a classless dick.

ANYWAY back to where I started. At the end of last night's game, Panks grabbed the puck. The Sundogs seemed to celebrate a looooong time before going to shake hands, but the Eagle waited. Panks gave the puck to one of the Sundogs. Then after the handshakes the Eagles stayed on the ice until after the Cup was awarded. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't recall seeing that happen in the Stanley Cup finals. I thought that was a real classy thing to do. Props to them!

I was there and I would say at least half of the capacity crowd stayed in the stands to give props to our team for a good season as well as congrats to the 'dogs. I wasn't sure how things would go with the cup being skated by the 'dogs in our building, but except for the small handful of embarrassing fans that we all have, our fans and our team were very respectful and gave credit where it was due.

We can't wait for them to get home!!!

What a shame they couldn't be home last night for the win so they could have some cheering to let them know how proud we are of them, but the sweep was awesome!

We all have a few of those fans and we always wonder why they act like they do and what weird thing they are going to do next.

We Sundog fans truly do thank you for respect and courtesy you showed to our team and our fans.

True hockey fans are good hockey fans, no matter the outcome of the game.

Good job Dogs, but really you are only the best in the south still. They say we have to give ya'll a chance once in a while and guess the Dogs did earn it. Better ya'll than the Bucks.
