That is an excellent question, DTP!

As you know, the CHL's leading goalie was injured in mid December. Since then, your Flagship has fallen on hard times. But despair not. Miro returned to the lineup yesterday, and in two days has beaten the two top teams in the CHL. Had he not been injured, he was a shoe-in for the CHL All Star game. You will get a chance to see him up close and personal on the 21st in Austin. You will not be disappointed.

In addition, Jeff Neufeld and Jason Kenyon, two key components of your Flagship's championship run, have returned from IR, and are providing the punch you'd expect from the jewel of the CHL.

Lastly, Brandon Cox has been a pleasant surprise. He says he wasn't happy in Wichita, and had a few choice words for the city. Just curious, what does "cow town" mean?

I imagine he wouldn't be happy here in wichita, since he didn't bring anything to the table. What's he expect everyone to kiss his feet?

Cowtown is actually the museum district here. Maybe he had a bad experience on the horses we use to get around up here.

Your bitterness over your team's poor performance vs. the worst team in the CHL on Friday night appears to be impairing your ability to participate in a rational discussion. Of course, that's assuming the ability existed at one point in time.

I think you might be right about Blazer fans suffering some "fuzzy thinking" after that whooping they had to endure Friday night. That loss had to hurt like a cross-check to the grill.

Glad to hear that Cox might a better fit in Austin. He never really got a fair shake up here with the busted jaw and all. Nobody's fault, really. Sometimes things just don't work out.
