The first half hour has been AWESOME!!!

Sounded like his appendix. I think Juliette made some comment to Kate about how if they burst, he could die. Given Jack's symptoms, I think that is a pretty good guess even without Kate's comment.

I think that is very possible about Ben killing Nadia. I really didn't think they would kill Alex either. Bernard letting them know what he(can't remember his name) really said was great too.

I'm thinking on the way back to the camp is maybe when something happens to Claire. Then Sawyer brings Aaron back and that is when Kate takes him. I want Claire and Jack to find out they are brother and sister before any of this happens.

I think the best part was when Jin figured out Charlotte. Damn he is so smooth!

It appears to me that Jack figures out that he and Claire are brother and sister at some point. When he was fighting with Kate, he mentions to her something along the lines of "Your son? You are not even related to him!" when she says Aaron is her son. I took that to hint that Jack knows he is related to Aaron.

So, is the whole Jack/Kate engagement thing before Jack flips out like we saw in the flashforward at the end of last season, or after? Couldn't tell from tonight.

Why did Sawyer stay on the island? Is it because of his upcoming kiss with Jack?

Yes, I believe the Season 3 finale where Jack was freaking out was the furthest into the future they have shown. This year, they are leading up to that point.

Why did they all stay? I know why Locke and Rose stay...
