12:00 into the 2nd Heeter has had to make a few good saves, but Bartus is keeping the Phantoms in this game

3-2 Bandits after 2.

The bad news for MV is that the Bandits totally dominated that period.

The good news for the Phantoms is that they are down only one goal.

As long as Bartus keeps playing well, the Phantoms have a shot to win this game. If not for Bartus, this game would be pretty much out of reach. PS shows SOG for the 2nd 19-8 in favor of the Bandits.

Nice interview with Pat Maroon in the 2nd intermission. He no longer looks like a man-child. He looks more like a big lean hockey machine.

Bartus is amazing. We dont seem to have a lot of help from the the defense. Watching the phantoms, they are playing different then usual and i think that's hurting them a little bit.

I think they might be a little gassed from yesterday's game. I bet they come out with a lot of jump this period, however. They have got to maintain some puck possession IMO to have a good chance.

Yesterday the Phantoms mostly moved the puck up ice right up the middle. I haven't seen much of that so far.

As far as teams, I didn't really care who won the game today, but I was pulling for St. Louis because of Cal Heeter. Way to go, Cal!

And congrats to MV for making it to the championship game. The Phantoms deserved to be there because they earned it.
