That's true, McT. But fans from all over the NAHL are bitching about not being allowed the use of "National" after this year's tourney is over. Well put MO, I will call any team the National Champs that wins it. This whole thing about the number of damn seat the arean has or has not is bullshit.........

The BanCat fans will not mention the seat thing, but they will say it was not sanctioned as a "National" Championship by USA Hockey, and therefore the Tornado (if they win) are not "National" Champions. You know that's true. Oh, sure, if someone else wins, they'll have no problem with the "National" thing. But if it's the Nados...mark my words.

Well, it has been two weeks since I sent my letter to Tyler and DeGregorio at US Hockey complaining about their "National" decision.

No response from either of them, not even a "thank you for your interest..." What a bunch of crap.

I would appreciate it if you would not attempt to put words in my mouth. I do believe my post was pretty clear. I do not see what you fail to understand about it. Maybe I should have used smaller words. Here is an idea....why don't you wait until after "Nationals" before whining about what the Bandit/Wildcats fans may or may not call whomever the Champions are.

As in any other sport the team that won last year's National Championship is considered champs until they are knocked out of the playoffs. Let's hope we can keep the trophy in the South again this year. When Bozeman came down here they thought they would breeze right through and go back home with all wins. This has got to be the toughest division in the NAHL by far. It seems like most of GR posters are from the south. I guess we have nothing else better to do but be on GR all hours of the night.
