Nice Crowd

Hat's off to the Thunder office this year for the incredible turn around in attendance.

It's refreshing not to have apple-dumpling Holt telling everyone how great things are and only seeing 1500 people in the stands.

Great work Thunder office, now maybe you guys could address that toughness issue.

It has been nice seeing the Barn with a lot of people in it again.

It does add to the game with the electricity in the air.

What can I say?
I did my part by hangin around here and keepin the deadbeats and winos ran off! I even swept the floor in the in the NHL Room and moped the floor in the NAHL Room (with BAnditFan's ass).

I don't know what the Thunder staff is doing different to get folks into the barn this year, but keep it up. I love having so many fans there. Also we had more then the MUDBUGS tonight.

I don't know either. They've given away enough tickets over the last couple of years.

There were alot of coupons out there, this week. The buy one, get one free, on the teddy bear toss. I got a couple of $4 off coupons, and found one at work for $5 a piece ticks. Plus I've heard that STH can get multiple extra $5 ticks, to certain games. Also I don't think it hurts that it's between holidays, gas prices are keeping alot at home, and alot of those out of work, due to air plants being sold, are back at work, doesn't hurt. Cessna is on Holiday break, so you get a bunch more of those guys making games they most likely wouldn't have. Hell, the seats in front of me finally got used. Those seats have been sold all season long, but noone shows up, normally.

Don't get too used it though. After next month, with only three home games, alot of these fans are going to forget about the games. I'm sure alot of that (the schedule) was due to that f*cking bullchit basketball league, that tanked before they even opened their doors. But they'll still be the normal 3000, as long as they change their way on the road. If they continue to struggle, and lose more than they win, on the road, then expect that to put a major hit in future attendance.

You know I did. Build them up, then break them down, so they don't get a big head.

i know i have bought 15 or 20 extra tickets for friends & so on useing the STH discount. i think their should be a special price for us buying ticket for others. it only takes a game or two to get people hooked. hell My in-laws are hooked now
