THIS IS ABOUT BANDITS!!!!!

We dont have any ice, and if we dont have ice, then we have a disadvantage. If our team does nothing for more than awhile without ice, then they get lazy, as most people do, And just imagine the 7-8 hour trip they must take. They will loose, and im not trying to make them loose, im just saying the inevitable.

Also there is no play offs at TEXARKANA for the first round! What the crap is up with this!!!! Anyway, I'm done Ranting and You welcome.

Maybe folks need to stop being so fucking selfish and actually support the team. This is out of their hands, just like it is out of our hands.

You are not able to see the first round. Boo-fucking-hoo. Now is a time to stand behind the team, support them more now than ever, and stop whining about shit we have no control over. This aint the end of the road.

I have full faith that the Bandits will make it out of the first round. When the second round gets here, go support the team in Frisco or Wichita Falls. Be loud. Be strong.

I once went to a Team Skills conference with several of my co-workers. The one thing we learned was that there are three types of Barriers. Type 1 barriers are thing you have complete control of and can overcome. Type 2 barriers are things that you have a slight influence over, but dont have total control of. These barriers can be overcome by solid team work. Type 3 Barriers are things that are totally out of the teams control. There is absolutely NOTHING the team can do about these barries, except to suck it up and do your best.

The best I can figure, the TBO is facing a Type 3 barrier, and are doing their damndest to find a plausible solution.

Come on folks, support your team, suck it up, and deal with it.
