RIP Kirby Puckett
Not a hockey player but probably my most favourite pro athlete of all time Kirby Puckett dead at 44
One of the true great people on and off the field and truly a good roll model for kids will be missed by many.
Last time I was this broken up over a celebrity dying was when the great Walter Payton passed on.

I am a Kansas City Royals fan myself; but I did grow up in the state of Minnesota, So I have always considered the Twins my second favorite team. I enjoyed watching Kirby play in the 80's and 90's and I too am extremely saddened by the news of his passing.
