Silly Season is Here...let the games begin!

Ok....

We already have the Alaska/NW Division almost in place. Come on Weinthesnatchee.

Is Michigan really going to split and do their own thingee??

What is this crap about the USHL stealing the TT, TPK, and WF?

San Angelo?

El Paso?

Are the IceBats going to move their team to Beaumont? Will somebody replace them with a NAHL team for that nice building in Austin?

Anymore baloney about CHL teams droping down?

The boys in Frisco and WF could be smart and officially MOVE their NAHL franchises to San Angelo and Austin...and keep their buildings for the USHL team. The NAHL clubs can be the feeder/pasture for them.

Why do you dredge that USHL to Texas junk up again? It ain't happening. Neither is Topeka, but is Junction City ever gets their building up and joins the USHL like was rumored in the past, then Topeka would make more sense.

Never say never, of course, but the USHL to Tejas is as close as you can get to Naver Say Never.

Please tell me the USHL is not still looking at Junction City. I don't think Topeka makes sense financially for the USHL, and it is probably light years ahead of Junction City in that regard.

I would not mind seeing Topeka get back into the USHL at some point in the future, but only if things change quite a bit from where they are right now. If Topeka can build the RoadRunners up to the point where they are averaging 3,000 fans a game and it financially makes sense, then make the move. Otherwise, lets keep a league in Topeka that actually makes financial sense for the first time ever.

I have no idea what the present relationship is between the USHL and Junction City. Foster might know something.

Good sense comments about Topeka too.

Me thinkst Heisler just flung some crap to see what might stick. Jeezus Stephen, at least come up with something new, will ya?

Thanks goodness. I thought maybe you had some info they were still working on that. Actually, I seriously doubt the arena in Junction City ever gets built anyway.

Foster and I brought the JC Arena up in another thread...

I found a link and it basically said that JC found the arena to be unfeasible.

USHL in JC ain't happening.

I can't see Topeka making the jump.

Oh, wah, wah, fucking wah.

I didn't ask YOU anyway.

Funny how so many people found the picture of that guy, calling him a St. Louis fan, funny. But, oh my Gawd! If anyone dare poke a bit o' fun at anything Topeka, holy shit, the fur starts flying.

Go rent a sense of humor, will ya?
