In 4th grade we had a new kid, Adrian, move into our school. He promptly proclaimed that he could "beat everyone up" (maybe Floorsinger but I'm not sure). At the next recess, we all got in a line and proceeded to kick his ass one by one. You remind me of Adrian....except that this kid eventually earned our respect.

You see, where I come from, something like that never would have happened. The new kid (with the big mouth) would face off against the baddest kid on the ice. If the new kid won, we have a new bad a--.

In a situation as you described, I would have been the first one in to help the new kid against the pack. I have a difficult time seeing the honor in a "lined up to kick his a--" kind of deal. But that's just me.

Couple years ago you didnt feel that way when you came to Texarkana for Hockey and had Perry Stietler and Company guarding your "six" while he and Company went looking for Pucked because I had brused your image of yourself and his. I posted the topic here in the NAHL Section and CHL Section as a "Game On" call to my friends of GlassRattler.com since we (my Friends and I) spent several seasons playing Fantasy Sports together. I dont think (and I could be wrong here) that ThunderStruck who also is in most of our Leagues, has a problem with me posting such topics. And I DO (unlike some), limit my NHR topics to very very few a year!
