The joys and perils of live broadcasting

The RR-Ice Dogs game is delayed because of a malfunctioning Zamboni, but the B2 broadcast has to keep rolling. Arch is doing the best he can--including rolling a tape of his cover band in Montana playing some Boston. Not bad, but don't quit the day job, Arch. Laughing I am glad I am not in his place right now.

The camera shots of the crowd on B2 are semi-entertaining.

Anyone else who is tuned into B2 feel free to add a comment.

I'm not tuned in and definitely wont be now that I know this. The five minutes I have ever heard of him, on 2 different occasions, was enough to disinterest me for the rest of my life.

I'd never do that to Jt. I find that his general outlook is all he needs to get him started most of the time. Laughing

Not trying to create a game day thread, but it's 3-0 Ice Dogs after two. Ice Dogs really controlled the 2nd and put up three goals--a power play shot from the point when Merriam was screened, a beautiful breakaway goal by Santana, and an unfortunate rebound after a tough save by Merriam.

zamboni

You think maybe Topeka needs a new Zamboni driver, Links have broken down twice, runs into board, leaves patches of ice uncleaned....

Isn't there a song in there some..."I wanna drive the Zamboni"....

Actually, that song was played in the arena just before the zam finally came out after being repaired. Razz
