I see a trade in the Bandits near future, possibly as early as this weekend. From what I hear, we are sending Texas 2nd place in the standings in exchange for 1st place. Sounds like a very fair trade to me. Thumbs up

Both sides would have to agree to the trade, and I don't think Texas would.

Be careful there TW...the NCAA will be all over you. You must refer to them as the Commanche Givers or the Apache Givers...just plain ol' Indian doesn't work anymore!! LOL Oh wait...and of course, you have to have permission from the Tribe to use their name!

I Think Texarkana needs to get someone that not only says they are tough, but is really tough to take care of Haines, Becker, Weeks, Gill, and so on. I know these guys care take care of themselves but they should not have to. What happen to the kid from Canada or Jonez.Buetow should would be a good fit in Texarkana.

And you have to be attending classes, not just enrolled.

I am not sure exactly who you are talking about from Canada, but Jones is a very mediocre forward who isn't nearly aggressive as he was in his first couple of years. I was thinking he started out as a defenseman, but whatever he was, he was one tough SOB. I like Colby a lot, but on most nights you wouldn't even know he was on the ice if you didn't just happen to see a #7 skate by.

I am hoping and praying that Pat Maroon will step up and be a tough guy. He is only 17, but he is 6'4, 227 and has really stepped up his game lately. But, he needs to be more intimidating. He let King push him around a lot last weekend, and just laughed and skated off. The worst part is that we needed a good fight sometime during the series with Texas to fire the crowd and the team up, but it never happened.

Man, I miss Jake boxing ....LOL!

The kid from Canda is Jordan M. #13 . We do need someone like Hanson, but if we have someone like that we need Cooper to let him do his job and not keep him on the bench like he did last year. We need somebody that will flat out hammer guys left and right, not someone that will sit ont he bench and lob shit bombs all night long(meaning talk smack )

icp was talking about Maroon, but how can a kid be that big but lets arcibal, and roadhouse push him around he is suppose to be a NHL prospect. How can a NHL prospect let little shit like them push him around . He should lay their butts out,and if not Cooper should have somebody come out their the next shift their out their and slap them around like Ott would from the Dallas Stars

Maroon is a big kid but needs to work on speed more than dropping the gloves. He is scoring and a threat when in front of the net. Dropping the gloves would put him and Roadhouse/King in the box. That would put Marron (25 pts) vs King / Roadhouse (25 points combied) in the box. It is a loss even if he wins the fight.

I think you've discovered why Maroon and others do not drop the gloves!
