Oilers came out to win, and got the job done. Thunder quit playing in the third. Wichita needs to realize that the season still has 6 weeks left, and the playoffs are not a lock. Tulsa looked like a playoff team tonight. Unless the Thunder turn things around quickly, I'll have to go to Tulsa to watch the Oilers play the Eagles in the first round of the playoffs (in that case....GO GREASERS!)

You gotta give 'em credit. They DID slop in a PP goal in the 2nd to avoid a shutout. But I agree, they came out like gangbusters for the first 2-3 minutes of the first, then just sort of looked like a bunch of old guys playing pond hockey.

Change the word minutes to games and you've just described their season!

The only credit tonight as far as the Thunder goes is to the front office staff for packing the place. Its just a dam shame they had to see such a dismal performance. I have seen more heart from Leaona Hemsley. This is without a doubt the flattest I have seen the Thunder play in ages. As the saying goes, the team is a reflection of its coach. Someone explain to me, How in the hell do you have 8700 fans and with less then a minute left, the chant of "WE WANT BAIN" and yet you don't put him on the ice? Why does the Thunder want to get scrappy and fight with less then 2 second left in the game? The Thunder had 3 periods in which to get physical and go after people. Why the fuck they wait till 2 seconds left in the game. Big props to the Oilers and their fans tonight. We had our asses handed to us. Wheather its a locker room cancer or coaching issues, this situation better be remedied in a hurry. Its time to send a message to the players that a check isn't just something you cash. Hell if I was French I'd start fineing guys on each line. If your in the attacking zone and your line passes the puck more the 4 times without a shot on goal.....you get fined. I'm so tired of watchiung the wheel wheel wheel and the lets run back and fourth behind the net. JUST SHOOT THE GOD DAM PUCK!!!!!.
The "In Your Face" hockey has been replaced by passive, uninspiried hockey. Wanted for the Wichita Thunder....A Brain, A Heart and some Courage!!!!. Click your heels Thunder Fans.

There are 4 players that want to be traded and French won't trade them.

Bain
Murphy
R. Couglin and
Liebel

The cancer in this team is French and that is all there is too it.

I got this from a pretty reliable source. One I trust anyway.

Sounds like it. Youngstown played us very tough tonight. Game could have went either way. Good to see Barnes stone his ex team with two goals.

It's Beyond Brutal!

Well I say "Good Job Tulsa" you earned that win by out playing us and showing more heart for your fans that came to see your boy's trounce us!

By the way I agree with FF! I would say the buck stops at French's door, somethings wrong and he better get to solving it pretty fast!

Just cause A guy is good with the x's and o's doesnt necessarily mean he will be a good coach. Look no further then the NFL and how many offensive and defensive gurus have failed as head coaches. It you can't get the team to respect you and play hard for you, it dont matter if you can turn shit to gold.

Don't worry. Haven't you heard the rumor that y'all are getting ready to bring in an enforcer? That rumor's been going since around the beginning of November so I'm sure it'll happen any day now.

seriously, Why in the hell would we put liebel on the trading block? he is the only player on our team that plays his heart out and gives a great effort every single game.
