What's up with the north this season?

From the looks of it, the South is doing well vs. the North this season. Could this be a preview of the finals? What's the record with tonights Youngstown loss to Amarillo?

Unless Youngstown is in the finals, the South isn't looking too good.

14-16-5 against CHL North Teams that aren't expansion teams.

Colorado and Wichita are 8-1-1 against the South.

Next question.

Let's see, the record is 24 North, and 25 South this season? As for Wichita, what's their record vs. the Bucks this season? And you mentioned "Youngstown", well their record vs. the north is somewhat better than the one vs. the south don't you think? How many teams does the north have below .400 compared to the South? Oh, watch it with the easy divisions, how do you think Youngstown and Bossier have survived? They currently have two teams below .400 in their division and that's the only reason they have not fallen below .400 as well. If Bossier had played more games in the South, they would of been in the same place as Memphis and Fort Worth don't you think? I will admit, for the moment, it seems the two top teams in the league may have a rematch in the finals this season.

Speedy, remember the 05-06 stats when using the term "easy conference", it may bite you in the a$$ again. Ready for some more crow?

Dear Fucking Idiot:

I reccommend you check into statistics 111 at your local JUCO. Then try again comparing Apples to Apples rather than Apples to Oranges.

Before tonigh

Northern teams records against the Southern teams...

Colorado - 4-1-0
Wichita - 4-0-1
OKC - 4-1-1
Tulsa - 3-2-0
Bossier - 1-2-0
Youngstown - 3-10-0
Memphis - 2-4-0
Fort Worth - 3-3-0

Record for the North vs South - 24-23-2

Obviously right now, this number is a little skewed because Youngstown has played 13 games against the South while only playing 12 against the North.

Once the season hits the mid-way point, you will be able to get a little better picture of how the conferences match up. Really the question so far though is who in the South can beat any team in the NE division.

Youngstown vs North 7-5
Youngstown vs. South 3-10 You did select Youngstown as your example.

With that said, the Bucks are 1-2 vs the Northwest and 4-1 vs. the Northeast. If the rest of the southern conference teams could play more of the NE teams, they would be able to rake up the points as the NW teams have done. For the moment, the Bucks wait and see which one of the two top Northwest teams they will hopefully face in the finals. Out of the two top NW teams, the southern conference Bucks have already beaten Wichita and Colorado is the one we would prefer in the finals for a rematch.
