Shades of the 1999 semis. Detroit goes up 2-0 vs. Colorado, loses the next 4. And who was their goalie? Not Hasek, but close enough-- Bill Ranford, an aging, once-good goalie for the first 2 games (and half of the next two, with Norm Maracle taking over in games 3 and 4), and then Chris Osgood for the last two.

Good series win for Red Wings against a physical Calgary team but will be tainted by Flames lack of sportsmanship in Saturday's game.
