To be honest, I kind of expected a win by the Okc team tonight but I expected it to be a much closer game. With Okc traveling to Colorado and back and then having to turn around and play the Thunder who were fresh, I figured they'd (Okc) come out a little sluggish. I also figured it would be a chippy game. Wasn't the case.

Well, there aren't any good players out there to pick up, besides why mess with the great chemistry that this team has?

We're doing just great playing this brand of finesse hockey. You don't need to check in this league, you don't need to establish your physical game. Besides, finishing your check just puts you out of position (nevermind the fact that the guy you just smashed into the boards is out of position, as well).

I try to give this team every benefit of the doubt. Sure, we can't win them all. But the guys could at least show up. I was watching the game online (a waste of time given the fact that OKC's camera work sucks, and there are a shit load of fucking adds, causing you to miss half the fucking game!) Our defense is fucking pathetic! French needs to grow some fucking balls and fire someone! He should have fired Fairbarn right there on the ice tonight, in front of God and everyone! I think Fairbarn is a little jealous of all the attention that Esdale got last year scoring goals. So he's stepped up his scoring. NOT YOUR FUCKING JOB DIPSHIT!!! Help out the fucking goalie once in awhile! When a defenseman is also a scorer, he tends to be out of position more. A scoring defenseman needs to be paired with a defenseman who will pick up the slack in those situations. As Tetrault is already great on the scoring side, Fairbarn needs to fuck off! At one point he just stood there and watched Dumba skate in on a fucking breakaway and score! Fucking retarded! If he wants to focus on scoring, trade him to a team that needs help with scoring for a stronger defenseman. Maybe Tulsa?

Even when we are winning our defense generally sucks. It seems that there have been several times that we have won games just because we managed to score more goals than our defense gave up. If you win 6-5, your defense still sucks... You just have some great forwards!

I was really liking French, but I'm starting to think that he doesn't have the ability to motivate this team. Very few of our players show up every night. Liebel is one. Say what you want about him, but Bain is another. He may lack skill, but at least he fucking tries! Most (not all) of the other guys act as though they should get some kind of fucking medal if they happen to touch the puck!

Well, I could continue like this all night, but I've gone on long enough. And, frankly, I'm just getting myself more pissed off!
