Wichita moving up in the standings!

Unfortuantly, this statistic doesn't mean a team gets to the playoffs (i.e. OKC last year). AND, after last night, will probably go down faster than a flagship:
LEAGUE ATTENDANCE

TEAM YESTERDAY TOTAL GAMES AVERAGE
Oklahoma City 10,836 197,179 25 7,887
Wichita 8,517 127,155 23 5,528
Laredo 132,671 24 5,527
Bossier-Shreveport 7,652 126,923 23 5,518
Colorado 5,289 121,647 23 5,289
Tulsa 102,538 21 4,882
Rio Grande Valley 102,004 21 4,857
Lubbock 86,474 20 4,323
Youngstown 90,389 22 4,108
Corpus Christi 90,335 23 3,927
Fort Worth 5,396 89,321 24 3,721
Austin 4,152 87,566 25 3,502
Odessa 58,802 19 3,094
Memphis 3,514 66,840 22 3,038
Amarillo 66,411 22 3,018

TOTALS: 45,356 1,546,255 337 4,588

It5's amazing! The people that actually count attendance sau the Thunder average under 3500.

But, you have to remember, season tickets are counted as "sold" whether or not the fans actually show up. Last night at the CTC, they were 299 OVER listed capacity, 7652, but there were many empty seats on the lower bowl. It was still an awesome crowd though.

So are "comps". Like I've said before, alot of seats in my section appear to be that way. Alot of "sold" tickets, but not as many sitting their. The crowds are bigger this season, but still a little bloated when "reported".

Right! All they have to do is give away 3,000 or 4,000 tickets and report that as attendance increase.

Their attendance is like the tough guy that they've been working on for the last 5 years. Just another figment of someones imagination.

Since the tickets that are always "sold" in my section, are the same every game, I'm betting they're sponsor "comps". So somebody is getting these tickets and are either "moving up" in their seating selection when they get to the games, or throwing their money away.

That person needs to learn how to count, or actually go to a game. Anybody that has been out the last couple of weeks knows there was well over that there.

Ofcourse Nath's people are going to say there's a discrepancy between recorded and actual. I think there's still those incentives in their contract, tied to attendance. So the team's going to say they had so much, and Nath's going to a lesser number. Take the mean of the both, and that's about what were there.
