That's not a fair assesment of "dirty" penalties. Alot of penaltys are part of the game, like hooking, tripping, delay, and even roughing and slashing. The dirty penaltys are ones like charging, elbowing, boarding, buttending, check from behind, and kneeing and Goonski leads Hollywood in those penaltys by 10-2 and ejections 4-2.
