First two games in Springfield, the rest in TKA. I read that somewhere. I thought it was here.

Now they are in St. Louis and Springfield.

That's great!!! Where was this information? So we are all supposed to go to St. Louis to watch our team? I don't care how good the 4 States Arena has been to the Bandit organization - they need to get those guys building the arena so that we don't have to put up with more of this next year. If they had started building in January the team probably would have been in the new building next season. What is the hold up anyway? There is very little new information added to the website. I was looking forward to the games here-it's been a long month and I don't see how we will get any ice for any games here. What assurance do we have that we would even get ice for the 2nd round? It makes me sick to see how the fairgrounds has controlled this team. When I moved here last year I couldn't beleive it when I was told that the team is on the road the whole last month and that playoffs might not be played here. GET THAT NEW ARENA BUILT. If I was the Bandit owners I'd be pushing the builder to get started!! This makes me really mad.

According to Louie Avery on Chuck and Tony's show last nite, the Bandits "home" games will be played in St. Louis. The status of the second round is up in the air. I swear if I didn't know better, Meri Smith is still running the FSFA.

That's what happens when you put an ice hockey team in a town with no ice. Maybe the "savior" can turn some beer into ice for ya.

My sympathies to the Bandit fans. It is beyond comprehension that these young gentlemen battled all year to be a part of the playoffs only to find out that not only will they not have the advantage of home ice, but they will also be deprived of the presence of the loyal Bandit fans.

I feel confident, however, that Coach Cooper and his team, especially the amazing Mr. Gill will still prevail.

While I understand the affection many fans have for the Barn, I join the rest of the NAHL community in wishing for speedy construction of your new facility.

Sorry, that sucks! For the fans and the players.

That suck for sure!!! But I guess after the Tornado beat the Cats yo can use their ice, as it well be freed up.

Why don't they just park the land yachts outside and do a joint promotion of the Playoffs / RV Show. This could generate extra attendance for both events. They could sell single event tickets or combo tickets to both events at a reduced price. They are passing up a great promotional opportunity.

Surely there is ice they could rent in Little Rock or Shreveport. At least that way the Bandits fans could make a less than 2 hour drive compared to something more like 7 or 8 to St Louis.

With St Louis being only a 1 1/2 hour drive from Springytown the Bandits will play all their games in front of a hostile crowd.

If they are trying to control travel expenses or something why not just play all the games in Springytown?

I feel for the Bandits players and fans. These guys fought all season long to earn home ice and derseve the right to play in front of their hometown fans. Not to mention the fans that supported their team all year long facing the possibility that they will not see their team play another game until next season.

And no, I am not saying that I think Springy will beat the Bandits but there is that possibility.

They should play at the Chevy Center. I hear it's empty.
